While perhaps lesser known in the UK, NFP (an Aon company) is a household name in the US. It supports clients of all types to address their full range of business and personal risk. It has grown rapidly in the UK and Ireland since 2017 through their acquisition-based growth model, adding specialisms in key areas such as employee benefits (consultancy, brokerage and management), pension plan support, commercial insurance brokerage, people and talent (HR) solutions and health and safety consultancy. NFP’s capabilities were further bolstered after being acquired by Aon in 2024. This has not only increased the breadth of solutions it can offer clients but allows it to bring the scale and model of its US operation to the UK and Ireland.
