I’m an award-winning HR leader and NED and have worked as CPO, HRD and in a senior capacity for several well-known international and local organisations across a multitude of sectors. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a fellow of the RSA and a member of the CISI’s Integrity and Ethics Committee. I’m currently the MD of Numzel which provides HR services for a select number of PE-backed and sector-leading enterprises and am adept at supporting organisations and the people within them through periods of change. I find both the events and the networking opportunities at LHRC extremely useful as they not only help me develop my knowledge but also introduce me to a selection of individuals who I can call on when I need specific expert advice and support.
