I’ve been working in HR for 30 years. I was the first Group HRD at Talk Talk/Carphone Warehouse before periods at the likes of BAE Systems’ Military Aviation Division and Expedia where I was Global HRD. After leaving Expedia I formed my own consultancy and worked on the MoD/BAE Systems/Rolls Royce Maritime Governance Body, the Dreadnought Alliance, supporting the £34Billion initiative building the next generation Dreadnought Class Nuclear Subs. From Subs to F1, I then joined Motorsport Network as Chief People Officer before joining the PE-backed Strike Estate Agency as CPO where I played a lead role in the acquisition of Purplebricks and helped with the post-acquisition integration. I am currently interim Director of People for Plus Dane Housing Association. I think it’s fair to say, I’ve enjoyed working across some diverse industry sectors and have been truly fortunate to be part of, or lead, some incredible HR teams.
