Caroline Woolland
After an early career in radio production at the BBC, I worked in a variety of leadership, learning and HR roles. I am a Fellow of the CIPD, a BAFTA member and qualified in mediation and psychometric assessment.
I have led people functions in organisations in the public and private sector, including Fox International Channels, Zaha Hadid Architects, Visit Britain, the CBI, News UK and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. I was also Executive Director of People and Culture at Octavia, the housing and social care organisation founded by Octavia Hill. I am currently HR Director at The King’s Fund and Associate Non-Executive Director for Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust where I am Wellbeing Guardian and People Director at Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice which provides world-class care and support for children with life limiting conditions and their families.
