The London HR Connection is delighted to welcome you to its next interactive  (and free of charge) webinar that will introduce you to Tom Cassidy, one of the UK’s leading executive coaches, who is going to talk about how today’s exceptional circumstances are calling for exceptional thinking.

In response to a multi-layered crisis, people and companies have reacted during 2020.  Tom and Working Voices have been lucky enough to train, talk and listen to many people about what they have experienced.  They have condensed these conversations into clear themes that are both surprising and insightful.

In this talk he will share with you the key factors that people are indicating about work and learning.  The way we work is changing from a complete remote platform into a hybrid format.  He will give insight into what this means for people and what they will have to do to reskill in order to thrive.  Without doubt, the changes in circumstances have exposed some weaknesses and cracks that were previously latent.

In this new paradigm of work, they believe that there is a new learning focus and he will be discussing where learning will be going in the future.  For example, one thing that people have tried to do is manage the change that people are going through.  The reality is that change is going to happen whether it is managed or not. Change happens regardless, things change anyway.  Innovation is getting to the future faster.  This is an opportunity to hear about ideas, thoughts and solutions for supporting businesses in 2021.

Tom Cassidy has an MSc in Psychological Coaching and a BSc in Psychology. His approach as a trainer, a coach, and a thought leader is informed by science and the latest L&D developments. He is a skilled executive coach and provides supportive yet challenging coaching on topics such as leadership, decision-making, and driving high performance. Tom also previously worked in people development for financial services which gives him an essential insight into the needs of his clients. During his time at Working Voices, he has created some of their most innovative courses: Leading Through Change, Boosting Productivity, Navigating Office Politics and Building Resilience to name just a few. Tom has also helped to run large-scale programmes for participants in some of the top financial services institutions, from graduates to senior leaders.
