The People Versus Profit
The London HR Connection is delighted to invite you along to our next live and ‘in person’ networking event that is being kindly sponsored by Lattice.
As well as the chance to meet and network face to face over a glass or two of wine and something to eat, we will be joined by HR industry leaders to discuss, debate and unpick the myth of people vs profit; the power of engagement, alignment and discretionary effort in tough times.
As business’ priorities shift to “back to basics” and battening down the hatches to weather a tough year ahead, people-focused programmes can sometimes be pushed down the agenda. But, in reality, businesses that continue to invest in their people and focus their efforts on driving engagement and meaning for employees will be the ones that survive. Exclusive YouGov research that has been curated specifically for this event will ask how driving high performance without losing a culture-first, people centric approach is possible. It will also look at how HR teams will need to master the art of stakeholder management and understand how to tie their people programmes to overall business goals with clear, data-backed evidence.
