Is it simply all about the money or is there more to it than that? The financial fallout and ongoing economic woes amid the cost of living crisis are well documented and we are witnessing work cultures, employee expectations and priorities changing more rapidly than ever before. Every employer knows it’s paramount to adapt in this environment. But how? In this panel-led discussion, kindly sponsored by the rewards and recognition platform, Each Person, our HR and wellbeing experts will debate where employee’s priorities really lie in relation to the financial crisis; is money the key or are people genuinely more motivated by ‘higher things’ and a company that gives back?
Our panel will include:
Lisa Haggar is a global HR director, NED, executive coach and acclaimed public speaker. With 30 years in the HR arena, Lisa has progressed in her HR career within a background of start-up, high growth scale-up and PE backed businesses across the UK, Europe and USA. As one of the top HR influencers on LinkedIn, she describes herself as the ‘Queen of People’ excelling at her people centric leadership approach that builds extraordinary business cultures.
Dani Saadu is director of people and culture at Hunter Healthcare. A senior global people and organisational development professional, Dani has a proven track record in developing global people strategies and designing and implementing global people frameworks, programmes and interventions. A certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma specialist with a strong focus on ensuring that concepts and theories are translated into practical and sustainable deliverables that demonstrate a measurable return on investment. He has 15 years of people sector experience in pharma, retail and travel.
Jennifer Clark-Whittleis director of human resources and DE&I Board member at TEKsystems. She’s responsible for ensuring the people strategy is aligned and successfully supports TEKsystems’ strategic initiatives across the EMEA region. Jenny has over 15 years’ experience in strategic business partnering, organisational design, leadership development, reward and recognition and talent management. With a background in engineering, automotive, finance and sales, Jenny has the expertise to engage on any topic to see things both from a commercial and people perspective.
Matt Norbury is the founder and CEO at Each Person and a serial technology entrepreneur who founded his first business at the age of 18 and has raised in excess of £20m investment over the course of his career. In recent years, Matt has led the rapid growth of Each Person and the Epoints rewards programme winning multiple industry awards and helping companies look after their people and the planet.
