At this roundtable, which is kindly being hosted and facilitated by AudienceLink, the leading recruitment and retention transformation company, we will be discussing the productivity, morale and commercial challenges facing all of us when it comes the issues and impact surrounding employee retention today.

Focusing on the powerful link between employee engagement and a desire to stay, we’ll explore how fostering a culture of engagement can really improve retention rates. Experiential learning specialist, Jasper Marriott, will lead the session sharing a few insights from his work designing retention programmes. He will explain how, where employees feel valued, heard and invested in the company’s mission, this practice can have an enormous impact on retaining staff.
