Recognition in a post-Covid world
Date(s) - 14th April 2021
4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
In the London HR Connection’s next interactive webinar, in collaboration with Each Person, leading HR professionals and business psychologists will discuss the role of recognition in a post-Covid workplace.
In less than a year, Covid has redefined how we travel, shop, socialise and just as dramatically how we communicate and interact in the world of work. With millions of virtual meetings a day in the UK alone and over 7.4m people now reporting mental health issues as a result of the new remote working reality, our panel will discuss, from an HR, scientific and academic perspective, just what is employee recognition and how it can help smooth the way as our new working practices become established and permanent – be that working from home, returning to the office or, probably a new hybrid combination of the two.
Our panel discussion will be led by Each Person chief commercial officer, Abby Simmonds. She will be joined by renowned psychologist and mental health expert, Wendy Dignan, head of learning and development at Bupa UK Care Services, Davina Barton, and Karen Uttley, assistant director of HR at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Timings: 4.30pm – 6.00pm
Cost: free of charge
The zoom link will be issued one day in advance of the webinar and again one hour before the webinar as a reminder.
