The London HR Connection is delighted to invite you along to our first live and ‘in person’ (and free of charge) networking event of the year on 25th May.
As well as the chance to meet and network face to face over a glass or two of wine and something to eat, we are thrilled to say that Thomas Heier , the CEO – and former People Director – of Wagamama, will be joining us to talk about how “Now is the New Normal.” He will be discussing the shift in workforce age demographics and some of the strategies organisations are adopting to engage and retain younger workers in this new era of work and how purpose and culture are becoming increasingly core to this.
Thomas will share data, insights and an overview of the Wagamama approach and how they are adapting and adjusting to a new people landscape post covid and Brexit. He will be joined by Doug Hewett who is the founding partner of the leading brand and culture consultancy – and a long-standing partner to Wagamama – People-Made.
