Exclusive event on 21st January that we are hosting for senior HR, resourcing and talent acquisition professionals in London.
The HR Connection Group is a national network for senior HR professionals focused on real insight, shared challenges and trusted peer relationships and we are delighted that this exciting event will explore how employers can unlock opportunities for people with sight loss.
Led by influential speakers and expert facilitators, this exciting event will feature discussion and workshops focused on how to attract blind and partially sighted talent into the workplace. In doing so, organisations will widen the talent pool available and increase diversity and innovation, drawing on the value blind and partially sighted employees bring to an organisation.
The employment rate of blind and partially sighted people is unacceptably low, with only one in four people with sight loss in employment. Right now, thousands of talented people are being overlooked.
