Dean Morley FCIPD is a board‑level HR and OD leader with over 30 years’ experience across higher education, central government and large public‑sector organisations. He specialises in Strategic Workforce Planning and has designed and delivered SWP programmes for several UK universities, as well as sector‑wide workshops and conferences for UHR, the sector’s HR body.

Shelley Thomas is a Board Advisor and Fractional Chief Transformation Officer with over 25 years’ experience leading major organisational change across some of the UK’s most recognised brands including Spire Healthcare, Asda, Greene King and Morrisons.

Adam Gibson is a global leader in workforce planning, people analytics and the future of work. A popular keynote speaker, he is also the author of the leading book on the subject ‘Agile Workforce Planning’ and creator of the methodology that enables organisations to bridge gaps and deliver the right capabilities in a sustainable way.
