Boosting the employee proposition on a budget

Date(s) - 22nd February 2022
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
In this free-to-attend webinar, the London HR Connection, in collaboration with the leading recognition platform, Each Person, business psychologists and financial experts, will discuss the importance and feasibility of boosting the employee proposition and brand whilst working to a realistic budget.
As employee stress and related absence increases in these difficult times, numerous studies have estimated that UK employers are losing billions annually because of employees’ poor financial wellbeing. Only compounding the problem inflation is rising, NI rates are increasing and tax hikes are more than likely in the foreseeable.
According to new research from the Money and Pensions Service’s recent financial wellbeing survey, nearly half of UK adults don’t feel confident in managing their money and 36% feel worried when thinking about their financial situation. So, the onus is on businesses to do more to make their employees feel supported financially and, according to Scottish Widows research, 54% of HR decision-makers agreed that their businesses must do more to support employees with financial wellbeing concerns.
Our panel discussion will be led by reward and recognition specialist and Each Person and Epoints founder and CEO, Matt Norbury. He will be joined by renowned psychologist and mental health expert, Wendy Dignan, and chartered accountant and leading finance director, Chris Houry and Lindsay Bruce, recruitment manager at Sykes, a global leader in outsourcing.
Please note, the zoom link will be issued one day before the webinar and again one hour before.
