Our panel-led discussion will explore how HR needs to take the initiative in driving transformation by looking at, and starting with, the HR function itself. This is about more than enabling the business, it’s about future-proofing HR.

Our panel will look at the skills and strategies needed to be successful in the HR AI age. How the CPO of the future will be the genuine architect of workforce strategy, an invaluable business leader influencing and driving all areas of the organisation. To enable this, digital and data dexterity, predictive analytics and AI fluency will be a pre-requisite and will define the successful HR function of the future.

We’ll explore how living the change enables HR to credibly champion and guide the business through its own skills-based journey. HR isn’t just about supporting and enabling transformation, it must become its most powerful catalyst.

Our panel of experts

Andy Young is a Managing Director in Accenture’s financial services business and leads the UK and Ireland Talent & Organisation practice. Andy leads Accenture’s community of practice for change and organisation agility globally for FS and across all industries.

Teresa Wykes is Senior Director, Talent-Centred Transformation at Eightfold a global leader in effective talent intelligence. Before joining Eightfold, Teresa was Global Head of Talent Intelligence at SAP.

Tara Tapper is the Chief People and Culture Officer at EasyPark, a global technology solutions business incorporating brands such as RingGo and Parkmobile. Prior to EasyPark, Tara held similar roles for technology businesses including Cloudreach, Mind Gym and Zopa as well as several high street banks.

Sunil Malik is VP for HR at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Prior to this role he was People Director at Virgin Media O2 and has over 20 years senior international HR leadership experience in roles with large tech companies including Apple and Google across the UK, Europe, APAC and LATAM.
