HR Leaders Breakfast at the private members’ club Home House on 30 April, which we are hosting in partnership with Herefords Solicitors for a select group of senior HR professionals in London.

This will be a practical and interactive session, designed specifically for HR leaders who are dealing with the complex workplace issues facing employers today. You will receive a concise update on key employment law developments employers need to know, with a particular focus on managing difficult employee situations and avoiding employment tribunal risk.

The session will also include practical insights into employment tribunal preparation, including common mistakes employers make when disputes escalate and how these can be avoided.

Following the update, the discussion will open into a confidential roundtable (under Chatham House Rule) where attendees will have the opportunity to raise current HR or workplace challenges they are dealing with and discuss practical approaches with peers, alongside expert legal insight.

This breakfast is intended to be highly practical, informal and collaborative, providing a rare opportunity for HR leaders to share experiences, discuss real-world issues and gain valuable perspectives from fellow professionals.
