The London HR Connection is delighted to invite you to an evening of great conversation, drinks and networking, featuring the case-study of Rolls-Royce’s employee experience project.
This is the story of an organisation facing one of their biggest challenges in 100 years. Rolls-Royce needed to tackle issues of agility, simplicity and diversity while building on a strong legacy. Their vision is to be the world’s leading industrial technology company and, to get there, they needed to create an employee experience and employer brand that attracts pioneering talent and inspires a culture for success.
Rolls-Royce’s Global Employer Brand Manager, Dan Perkins, will be joined by Willis Towers Watson’s Nigel McNeil, Global Leader of Talent Experience, and Olga Skouteli, Talent Experience and Inclusion and Diversity consultant, to share their experience and insights around how they created the new deal for Rolls-Royce: an organisation driven by purpose, where brilliant people have the freedom to make a positive impact, and create products for a better world.
Willis Towers Watson helped them carry out the biggest talent research they’ve ever done (they heard 33,869 voices across the business and across the world), to understand what they did well – and what they didn’t – and built an aspirational Employee Value Proposition (EVP). They designed an inspiring employer brand that Rolls-Royce people loved, dovetailing it with the new corporate brand to express a powerful purpose – connecting employees and customers to their strategic vision.
Rolls-Royce has already started activating this new experience through a series of programmes and initiatives and their talent attraction strategy. These include a new global careers website, a global early career campaign and an external film on YouTube with over 100,000 views. Dan, Nigel and Olga will talk through how employee experience helped and supported the business transformation and is developing a culture of inclusion, commerciality and simplicity.
